Some examples of possible classes

Example 1:
Sat or Asana/Pranayama / Foundation Brahma or Foundation / Intense Intense (Adhimatra)
This would be a class suitable for participants having strong practice in other forms of yoga, or else who have committed dance and/or athletics backgrounds stretching back over several years. They are familiar with their bodies and used to throwing them around, and have zero neck, back or other issues -- it is just that they are not so familiar with the 'Iyengar way' of doing things. But although lacking that foundation, everyone in such a class would be keen and ready and willing to learn through a fairly vigorous and challenging sequence of poses.

Example 2:
Sat or Asana/Pranayama / Practice Visnu or Practice / Middling Middling (Madhya)
This would be suitable for intermediate Iyengar students (e.g. those with approximately two years of practice and up). They are ready for some practice. They are completely familiar with the elements of Iyengar yoga and work systematically, well and knowledgably on the basic core of standing poses, inversions etc without the need for basic explanations.

Example 3:

Sat or Asana/Pranayama / Principles Siva or Principles / Mild Mild (Mrdu)
Suitable for people just starting out on their practice, but who also want to get the benefit of understanding the background principles and ideas by which the Iyengar system operates. Since, therefore, this is a 'Siva' class with a more than average amount of explanation, it is likely to be of benefit to anyone of any experience level wanting to understand how a class of this kind might be taught.
