Join Scott Blossom for a discussion of how to build a strong immune system
with Ayurvedic hebal, dietary, and lifestyle home remedies. Our daily habits
eating, working, playing, and resting form the bricks and mortar oof our
physical and mental integration. Like an excellent architectural design,
Ayurveda provides time-tested guidelines to building strong
foundations for health and immunity to flourish. We will discuss how healthful
habits reinforce our resistance to viral and bacterial infections and how we
can employ herbal remedies if we do fall ill.
