Class Description:

This class will focus on a group of essential practices known in the Hatha
Yoga texts as the Dasha Chalana or "ten churnings" and sthanas or
"stances".  Teachers would often guide students for months and years with
these simple practices in order to free the flow of the life force in the
joints, stabilize the breathing, build the inner power, and cultivate a
mind-set conducive to yoga practice.  Beginners and advanced students alike
are welcome.
