Class Description:

Having Problems with your shoulders, don't know why or what to do in your practice to help yourself? Then come to a class devoted entirely to shoulders, including how to work with various asanas which are most likely to lead to shoulder injury.

In this class we will take an in depth look at the make-up of the shoulder. What asanas are often the cause of shoulder injury and why. You will have a chance to ask specific questions about your own shoulders. This will be followed by an asana  a class just for shoulders. The class will be   based on the remedial work that was given to me by B.K. S. Iyengar after a very serious combination of shoulder injuries from an accident. The class will be adjusted to include as many of your shoulder injuries as possible so that all will come away with a new understanding of how to work safely and prevent further injuries.
