Dig deep into your body’s resistance to soothe your mind and achieve less resistance in the world. This workshop is about balancing stability with openness. Stabilizing your core can help transcend any compensation you have from injuries and postural imbalances. We will also explore core fluidity. The psoas muscle grounds us to the earth below so we can open up to the heavens above.
