Class Description:

An opportunity for those of us interested in mastering our ability to jump with control into any position, awaken our natural ability to balance on our arms in hand stands and arm balancing poses, and to develop a steady joyous practice (STHIRA SUKHAM ASANAM), from the direct experience of creating fluid organic movements that are born from the internal alignment of concise form (applied bandha) and the external expansion of precise motion (elongated spiral structuring). 

You can expect to learn valuable practices and drills that allow you to develop your light flowing body in a powerful and progressive way, with dramatic effective results towards mastering the ability to float in and out of the poses with tangible power and grace of form.
