Class Description:

When practiced mindfully, back-bends dispel negativity, alleviate anxiety and lift the spirit. But for some, back bends can be a frustrating experience. In this class, we will work methodically. First we will lay the foundations of the practice and prepare the body for the strong work to come. Then we will establish the basic principles of alignment and learn the connections that need to be made within the body in order to achieve a secure and dynamic practice.
