Iyengar Yoga is a system of Yoga based on the teachings of BKS Iyengar. Its emphasis on precision and subtlety in practice is a highly effective conduit for awakening awareness.  Attention to structural alignment leads to the simultaneous development of flexibility, strength and relaxation.  When the poses are executed correctly, the mind flows evenly throughout the system making Iyengar yoga a complete meditative experience.
