Class Description:

Learn how various karanas (stances) and asanas (seated postures) can create a more comfortable meditation experience. We will practice both the yin (restorative) and yang (dynamic) forms of yoga to explore how each approach can bring about palpable benefits, both physically and mentally. Areas of focus will include the hips, low back and knees. Class will conclude with guided meditation. All levels.
