Andrey Lappa



Andrey Lappa is one of the most influential yoga masters of the post-Soviet countries. All his life he lived and traveled in eastern countries: India, Nepal, Tibet, China and Mongolia, where he developed skills with world known teachers Sri B.K.S. Iyengar and Sri Pattabhi Jois, as well as learned from concealed from general attention, but unusually vigorous teachers on the East. Now Andrey is a follower of Buddhists Karma Kagyu lineage and a disciple of Venerable Choje Lama Phuntsok. After devoting a lifetime of exploration into the most esoteric and challenging practices of yoga in Hindu ashrams and Buddhists monasteries of the East, Andrey developed powerful and effective Universal Yoga® - a systematic approach to spiritual evolution based on the key principles of classical yoga, creativity in practice and personal spiritual freedom. Andrey is the keeper of Dance of Shiva®, a system of conscious control and liberation.
